As of this writing, the Makati Regional Trial Court has not yet ordered any gag order against actress host and presidential sister Kris Aquino. The camp of Kris' estranged husband has filed a motion to issue a gag order on Kris Aquino as they lamented that Kris was using the media to voice out her concerns about the case.
If the gag order is issued, this means that neither Kris Aquino nor James Yap can issue statements about the case in media and even in social networks like Facebook and Twitter. The judge is yet to issue a decision as he is still waiting for the response of the camp of Kris Aquino.
